Coastal Hotel Properties is committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that shortening your stay or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation will result in forfeiture of monies paid.

Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date which is the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation fee. Per our deposit policy, first night room and tax amount is charged at the time of booking. That is non-refundable. Remainder Balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival, unless other wise stated in your Confirmation. All monies taken are non-refundable.

You are responsible for all days booked. Shortened stays will not be refunded, A credit can be issued if the circumstances permit and are given at Manager’s discretion. 

If you have any issues during your stay, the hotel and staff will fairly handle the matter to the best of our abilities. No refunds will be given if the hotel offered solutions to any issues and were not accepted. If you do not feel the solutions given were adequate, please email us at info@coastalhospitalitygroup.com.
