Cancellation
Policy:
- No refunds on early
departures, no reservations are guaranteed or confirmed without a
deposit
- Refund policy is a thirty-day
written notice prior to your arrival for a partial refund of
deposit
- Twenty-five dollar service
fee on all cancellations, all reservations paid in full upon arrival at
check in
- All reservations are subject
to confirmation; arrival and departure dates are understood to be
definite
- Therefore, any requested
change will be considered a cancellation notification for the full
reservation
- We
reserve the right not to reconfirm
